Refund policy

You can return or exchange an item purchased on www.altego.uk within 14 days of delivery.

You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to email customercare@altego.uk to inform us that you will be returning your purchase. 

We can only accept returns and exchanges where the goggles or sunglasses’ are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note, once the protective film on the inside of the lens has been removed, we are unable to accept a return. Also note the coating on the lenses are easily scratched and this will invalidate a return.

To avoid marking the felt lining around the goggle, we kindly ask you to try the goggles or sunglasses' on without any makeup on your face so that there are no visible marks.

Once we have received your return and we are satisfied it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days. Where we cannot accept your return, we will contact you. All returns are subject to assessment by us. Your return may not be accepted if your return does not meet our returns criteria. For more information please view our return requirements, below.

If you believe you have received an order in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@altego.uk.

Any rights you have under law that cannot be limited or excluded remain unaffected.

During busy periods, and Bank Holidays, please allow 10 to 14 working days for processing your return.


Return requirements

We are unable to process any return, repair or exchange without:

Your name, address and contact details;

Proof of purchase or order number; and

Inspecting the item first.

If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of purchase, it must be in perfect condition and in undamaged original packaging with the original sales receipt.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or altered by a third party. We are also unable to exchange or accept returns of customised items or special orders.

Please note, we use your personal data (your name, address and contact details) to process and deal with your return, repair or exchange. We may store details to track any recurring requests.
