Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of placing the order and undertaken by either DHL or Royal Mail.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be sent a confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number.

Please note that whilst we make every attempt to process and send your order in a timely manner there are some factors that lie outside of our control such as delays in transit, industrial action or poor weather.

All orders are packed and shipped from our UK locations.

For Mainland UK, standard delivery is complimentary and should be expected between 3-5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery can be organised on request, for an additional charge.
